I get called when there’s a recurring organizational problem or a high-risk event. I come in, assess what’s actually exposed, and build the system to fix it. I’m there for the judgment and the execution.
I work with founders, executive teams, HR, and legal departments. A few moonlight as psychics — they see risk coming and want to prevent costly, avoidable mistakes before they happen.
My career didn’t start in corporate, it started in nonprofits. I ran educational programs across several organizations and in childcare, one of the most heavily regulated environments there is. When I arrived, the infrastructure simply didn’t exist, so I built it.

That pattern followed me into HR and continued as I moved into larger and more complex organizations. Along the way I earned my PHR and Certified Paralegal certifications. The higher I moved, and the larger the organizations became, the higher the regulatory stakes, and the more I saw how much depended on having the right infrastructure in place.
I founded DOMENICA in 2022. Since then, I’ve worked across industries with wildly different regulations, but the underlying problem is remarkably consistent: the infrastructure that should exist often doesn’t.
I also speak and appear as a guest on podcasts, panels, and conference stages on topics at the intersection of workforce risk, leadership, and what it actually takes to build organizations that don’t fall apart from the inside.
